Welcome to Enterprise Downtown

Known as the City of Progress, Enterprise is a growing town in south central Alabama. We have southern roots and traditions we are known for, including friendliness and hospitality. We also have the wonderful influence of many cultures due to our ongoing association with Fort Rucker, the home of Army Aviation. Enterprise is the perfect blend of the best of both worlds.

As in most small towns, our downtown is the pulse of our community. We are also home to a very special feature, the Boll Weevil Monument. This monument is a tribute to the perseverance of the men and women who overcame adversity and learned to change with the times.

Downtown Enterprise has activities and entertainment to offer people of all ages. We have retail shops, restaurants, antique shops, florists, a wine shop, an interactive art studio, bed and breakfasts, museums, and many others! Please see our business listings for complete information.

Our downtown is the location of several special events each year. A few of these are the World's Smallest St. Patrick's Day Parade, the annual Summer Fest in May which has a focus on music, the Fall Festival in October, and a Christmas Parade. Check out our calendar for a complete list.
